Family Hubs

Family Hubs in Cheshire East provide a coordinated approach to supporting children, young people, and families with children aged 0–19 years (or up to 25 years for those with SEND). By bringing together services, organisations, and community resources, Family Hubs help professionals connect families with the right support as early as possible. Whether families require universal services, targeted support, or specialist interventions, Family Hubs offer a central point for information, referrals, and collaboration, ensuring a joined-up, family-centred approach that improves outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
